At Marina Lofts Apartments, we offer a variety of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes to fit your needs. Our community features six unique one-bedroom floor plans and five distinct two-bedroom layouts, giving residents a range of options in size, style, and design.

At Marina Lofts Apartments, utilities and services are not included in the monthly rental amount. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for all applicable utilities separately.

Utilities at Marina Lofts Apartments are billed separately from rent. Water is billed based on individual usage and conveniently added to each resident’s portal. Electric service is set up by the community for your convenience, with billing paid directly by the residents through the utility provider.

A security deposit is required for all apartments at Marina Lofts. The deposit amount is based on the applicant’s credit at the time of application and typically starts at $300, up to one month’s rent depending on screening results.

Marina Lofts Apartments offers flexible lease terms to fit your needs. Initial lease options include 3, 6, 9, and 12–15-month terms, with premiums that may apply depending on the selected lease length.
Renewal lease options are also flexible, ranging from month-to-month up to 15-month terms, with applicable premiums based on the lease duration.

Applicants at Marina Lofts Apartments must meet our standard qualification criteria. This includes demonstrating a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent and successfully passing both credit and criminal background screenings.

Renters insurance is required for all residents at Marina Lofts Apartments, with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
For added convenience, we also offer an insurance waiver program through Foxen for $14 per month, which provides $10,000 in coverage.

To apply for an apartment at Marina Lofts, you can complete your application online at MarinaLoftsToledo.com or in person at the leasing office. The application fee is $55 per applicant, for anyone 18 years of age or older.

Marina Lofts Apartments offers a few required and optional monthly fees in addition to rent. Required monthly fees include a $25 valet trash service fee, a $5 amenity fee, and a $5 preventative pest control fee.
Optional programs available to residents include garage rentals for $150 per month, Foxen Insurance for $14 per month, and Rentistry Credit Builder for $8 per month, all designed to provide added convenience and flexibility.

Marina Lofts Apartments is a pet-friendly community. We allow pets up to 75 lbs, and certain breed restrictions apply. Please contact the leasing office for additional details regarding our pet policy.

Parking at Marina Lofts Apartments is first come, first served. Residents are provided with parking passes, and garage rentals are also available for an additional $150 per month.

Apartments at Marina Lofts are offered unfurnished. However, we partner with CORT to provide convenient furniture rental packages available for an additional monthly fee.

Marina Lofts Apartments offers a variety of amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Residents enjoy access to a 24-hour clubhouse featuring a coffee bar and a fully equipped fitness center. Our community also features a resort-style pool overlooking the river, along with ample patio space for relaxation and socializing.
For pet owners, we offer a dedicated dog park for your four-legged companions. Additionally, our community is conveniently nestled next to Glass City Metropark, providing easy access to beautiful outdoor spaces and scenic views.

Residents can submit requests 24/7 through their resident portal, or they may contact the leasing office and a team member will be happy to enter the request on their behalf.

Maintenance emergencies at Marina Lofts Apartments are defined as situations involving fire, flooding, serious injury (“fire, flood, or blood”), as well as certain critical appliance issues that require immediate attention. These issues should be reported right away so our team can respond promptly.
Please note that lockouts are not considered maintenance emergencies. Residents are responsible for contacting a locksmith for after-hours lockout assistance.

At Marina Lofts Apartments, we strive to make your move-in day as seamless as possible. A scheduled time will be arranged for you to pick up your keys, while all required paperwork and payments are conveniently completed online in advance.
When you arrive at the office, our team will review your move-in packet with you, provide your keys, and personally guide you to your new home.

When you are ready to move out of Marina Lofts Apartments, a 60-day written notice is required. Once the full notice period has been fulfilled and your lease term has ended, residents should return all keys to the leasing office.
At that time, please provide a forwarding address so we can send any final move-out statements or correspondence.

Residents at Marina Lofts Apartments have convenient options for paying rent through the resident portal. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card, or by setting up a bank account for e-check (ACH) payments.
Access to the portal is provided at the time of application, and once moved in, it transitions into the resident portal where you can easily manage and submit monthly rent payments.
